I had a great session with Mr & Mrs M this weekend!  They are due with their first baby in just two months.  This beautiful mama to be is gorgeous at seven months pregnant!  Thank goodness this strange May weather gave us a break during our shoot; it was overcast (perfect for shooting), but it didn’t end up raining.  I love the images, and I hope that you do too!  Here is your “sneak peek”!

I am so excited!  I had a CRAZY weekend May15/16.  I photographed my first wedding at Lake Tahoe on Saturday, and then photographed my first birth (post below) on Sunday night.  It was a whirlwind and I loved every moment of it.  I have a few more weddings booked for the summer, so I’m very excited about this new direction.  Here are a few below:

Wow!  This past Sunday evening, I had the privledge of photographing the first moments of life for a sweet little girl named Hannah!  I was hired by the parents to photograph their birth experience, and they were not due until this week.   They knew that I was out of town this weekend in Tahoe.  I missed her actual birth by just a half hour, but I was still able to catch those first few hours. Amazing. Here is a sneak peek for the H Family.  It was great to see you again, and I’m so glad that we had happy faces all morning!

I looooove anything packaged in a creative, and beautiful way.  No, it doesn’t stay in the package, but its so fun to put things together and make them look pretty.  I had a client order one of my CD Collections today from her session last month, and had to share the packaging!  I love stickers, bows and pretty envelopes.  AND, I just got ahold of some mongolian fur (wool) and I cannot wait to use that in a newborn session.  For now, I had to use it for my packaging photos.  Enjoy!

I had a great session yesterday with a wonderful family of four… or should I say almost the entire family including grandma, two aunties, and a little cousin.  It made for a festive atmosphere!  It was great to meet all of you.  Here are a few “sneak peeks” from your session.  I hope you enjoy!!

I love photographing newborns!  This little bundle was so sweet – just 11 days old.  She was a perfect angel during her shoot, and she let me move her around as much as I wanted to.  Just precious.  Here are some of my favorites from the shoot.  Thanks mom and dad, and big brother for having me to your home!
